Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Industrial/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in electrical/electronic manufacturing.
• Experience with motion/time study and jig/setup.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support daily engineering activities on the production floor.
• Assist MES implementation, execution and support.
• Set up new production lines and prepare flow charts, work instructions and standard times.
• Perform setup and maintenance for engineering equipment.
• Conduct engineering evaluations and reports.
• Coordinate equipment, jig and fixture buyoffs.
• Verify Process Standard Time.
• Participate in Kaizen for process improvement and yield gains.
• Take on other duties as assigned by engineers.
