The Junior Technician will assist the Maintenance Team in maintaining production machines, equipment and factory facilities, focusing on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role involves daily maintenance duties, basic electrical and mechanical tasks, and supporting installation and improvement projects while maintaining

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot machines and perform basic repairs.
Proficient with hand tools and measuring instruments.
Able to read electrical drawings and machine manuals.
Familiar with preventive maintenance (PM) practices.
Good communication and teamwork; safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

Assist Supervisior in daily maintenance activities.
Perform routine inspection and basic troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
Assist in Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
Assist in machine breakdown repair and recovery.
Support basic electrical and mechanical maintenance work.
Assist in maintaining pumps, motors, compressors, sensors, pneumatic systems and other equipment.
Support factory facility and utility maintenance activities.
Assist in machine installation, modification and improvement projects.
Maintain tools, equipment, maintenance records and work areas properly.
Perform other duties and provide maintenance support as assigned by the Supervisior or HOD.
To comply with thecompany’s instruction for any additional task required by the Management.
