Job summary

TRINITY PRECISION MANUFACTURING SDN BHD is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and routine maintenance on production equipment, facilities and machinery in Senai, Johor. The role covers electrical and mechanical systems to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's in Maintenance, Engineering or related technical field, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, maintenance

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
Ability to perform maintenance tasks and support operations.
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and routine maintenance on production equipment, facilities, and machinery.
Assist in machine setup, troubleshooting and repairs under guidance.
Inspect facilities and electrical and mechanical components for issues.
Support production engineers to ensure smooth operation and quality.
Coordinate with vendors for specialized servicing.
Follow safety regulations and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Respond to breakdowns promptly and restore equipment.
Provide input to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
Prepare documentation and reports on maintenance activities.
