KCK Pharmaceutical Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to plan and coordinate preventive maintenance of production machinery and plant facilities in Bayan Lepas. You will respond to breakdowns, monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience have an advantage.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting abilities are required.
• Ability to identify and resolve engineering-related issues.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and execute preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery and facilities.
• Attend to machinery breakdowns and coordinate corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Monitor performance and operating conditions of production equipment and identify issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, investigate failures and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate installation, servicing, repair, modification and upgrading of equipment.
• Coordinate engineering projects involving machinery installation, process improvement and facility upgrades.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal departments to meet specifications, timelines and requirements.
• Monitor project progress, expenditure and technical needs to ensure efficient delivery.
• Coordinate equipment qualification, calibration and verification per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure equipment and instruments operate within specifications and are fit for intended use.
• Maintain calibration certificates, qualification documents and maintenance records.
• Ensure GMP compliance, safety regulations and SOP adherence during activities.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and audit-ready records.
• Provide engineering support during audits and follow up on audit findings.
