Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to lead and oversee maintenance for the Kulai plant. The role reports to the Production Manager and focuses on ensuring all production equipment runs safely and efficiently.

You will plan preventive maintenance, train staff, and implement improvements to production flow, equipment reliability, and uptime. The position is based at our Kulai facility in Johor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or science background or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in plant and machinery maintenance.
• Familiar with plastics injection machine function and mold servicing.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Production Manager.
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all production equipment and plant facility.
• Plan for regular preventive maintenance program for key equipment.
• Propose and make recommendations for better process flow, production method etc.
• Train the production staff on function and operation of equipment.
• Trouble shooting of faulty machineries to ensure low downtime of all equipment.
• Make recommendations for spare part purchases and maintain right level of spare parts for key items.
• Ensure equipment in safe operational condition.
• Responsible for Commission and set up of all new machinery for the plant.
• Company reserve the right to add substrate change, modify the role as and when the business or organizational needs.
