Job summary

Home Peanut Garden Food Industries Sdn Bhd is hiring an HSE Assistant to support health, safety and environment programmes across the plant. You will assist with ISO, HACCP and regulatory compliance, maintain HSE records, and coordinate with labs and departments.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with full training provided. You will help monitor environmental and safety procedures, support training activities, and ensure up-to-date SOPs and incident reporting across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Environmental Science, OSH, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; internship is a plus.
• Basic understanding of ISO, HACCP, DOSH, or DOE requirements; full training provided.
• Good data entry, record-keeping, and lab coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO, HACCP, and DOSH regulatory implementation for the plant.
• Assist in maintaining HSE management system per Malaysian regulations (DOE, DOSH, Bomba).
• Update HSE SOPs and safety manuals for machinery.
• Monitor regulatory changes and reporting for plant-wide HSE systems.
• Coordinate with external labs for analysis and data reporting.
• Update wastewater and emissions reports; track water flow and chemical stocks.
• Assist in HSE training (fire drills, evacuation) and first aid stock replenishment.
• Identify workplace hazards and contribute to safety improvements.
