Job summary

LUXASIA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist to join our shared services team. You will manage month-end close, ensure IFRS compliance, and collaborate with local finance to deliver accurate financial statements.

The role requires SAP experience, strong MS Office skills, and at least 3 years in financial reporting. You will help drive process improvements and maintain strict deadlines in a fast-paced beauty distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance and accounting or business studies.
• Chartered or certified professional accountant or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Transition of Country GL processes into shared services with SOP documentation and go-live readiness.
• Support internal audits and ensure IFRS compliance in financial information.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and assist with journal entries.
