Job summary

You will manage group accounts, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax obligations, and lead a finance team to deliver timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• ACCA or CPA qualifications advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, tax, and internal controls.
• Experience in group accounting and intercompany transactions would be a plus.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency/digital assets is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights.
• Manage group-level accounts, consolidation, and intercompany transactions.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts; perform variance analyses.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure efficient fund management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory reporting.
• Establish internal controls and financial policies to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes and reporting.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team.
• Support management in financial analysis, investment evaluations, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in cryptocurrency and digital asset-related financial matters.
