Jora Malaysia is seeking candidates for an entry-level Finance/Accounts role in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and may have ACCA/CPA/CIMA advantage, with up to 2 years of experience. Strong Excel and accounting software familiarity are preferred.

Assist in recording daily accounting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
Support the Finance team in managing the full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
Perform bank, supplier, customer, and General Ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and organise accounting documents, invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting records for proper filing.
Assist in coordinating internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules and compiling supporting documents.
Support the preparation of statutory reports and other finance-related documentation.
Ensure accounting records and financial documents are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with internal departments to obtain information required for finance-related matters.
Perform other finance, accounting, and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
