Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to manage light fixtures, electrical switchboards and meters, and assist with motor rewinding during repairs. You will plan maintenance during mill stoppages and support the maintenance fitter in dismantling and reassembling motors.

Candidates should have basic electrical knowledge or a Diploma in Electrical, with a Chargeman/SKM certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

Basic electrical knowledge required.
Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Maintain light fixtures, switchboards and electrical meters.
Plan maintenance during mill stoppages.
Assist maintenance fitter with motor rewinding and reassembly.
Perform related duties as directed.

Responsibility

In charge of light fixtures, electrical switch boards and electrical meters, screw air compressors and gauss strength checking based on routine schedules.
In charge of planning maintenance and servicing for electrical switchboards during Mill stoppages.
To assist Maintenance Fitter to dismantle the faulty electric motors, send it for rewinding and reassembling after repairs.
Performs other related duties or task as assigned by the superior from time to time in an efficient, professional, and courteous.
