Junior Executive, Instruction (Mathematics)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Executive, Instruction (Mathematics) to join our Instruction Mathematics team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about education, enjoy working with children, and possess strong mathematical and analytical abilities.

As part of our Instruction team, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of educational seminars, support instructional content development, collaborate with presenters and instructors, and assist in creating engaging learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate the annual seminar schedule.

Liaise and coordinate with presenters for seminar preparation and execution.

Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint) and assist with video editing.

Support or participate in seminar presentations when required.

Respond to inquiries and provide support to instructors.

Collaborate with the team on Area Study Session (ASS) content development.

Contribute ideas and improvements for instructional programs and learning activities.

Assist in preparing educational materials and instructional resources.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree related to Mathematics / Statistics/ Physics/ Education (in Mathematics).

Candidates with a Mathematics-related background are highly encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Mathematics, including problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
