About the role
We are seeking a committed and experienced Mathematic & Add Math secondary school teacher to join our team at Matrix Educare in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time permanent position, offering competitive remuneration and excellent opportunities for career development.

What you'll be doing

1. Teaching and Learning

Plan and deliver engaging, enquiry-based learning experiences that promote critical thinking, creativity and international-mindedness.

Maintain appropriate lesson resources and learning environments.

Participate in collaborative planning and moderation.

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Use a range of effective teaching strategies, including integrating technology and emerging digital tools, including AI where appropriate, to enhance teaching and learning.

Monitor, assess, and evaluate student progress to support continuous improvement

Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.

Establish clear expectations for behaviour, routines, and academic standards.

Promote student engagement, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning.

3. Student Support and Development

Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Implement appropriate support strategies for students with SEND, EAL and varying learning needs.

Contribute to student support plans, interventions and review meetings as required.

4. Assessment and Reporting

Use assessment data to inform teaching and set appropriate targets for students.
Analyse student progress and implement strategies to improve outcomes.

Contribute to written reports, grading, and parent communication as required.
