Eye Level Learning Centre in Desa Sri Hartamas is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Math Educators / Tutors to join our team. You will work with children aged 3 to 15 years old in small-group classes using structured learning materials and lesson plans. This is a great opportunity for undergraduates, fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who enjoy working with children and would like to gain practical teaching experience. Previous teaching experience is not required — training and guidance will be provided.
Teach Math to children aged 3–15 in small-group classes.
Conduct lessons according to structured lesson plans and teaching guidelines.
Prepare and organise teaching materials.
Mark students' daily worksheets and monitor their learning progress.
Provide individual support and encouragement to students when required.
Help students develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits.
Monitor students' strengths and areas requiring further support.
Provide appropriate feedback on students' progress.
Assist with teaching-related administrative duties.
Maintain a positive, patient and engaging learning environment.
About you
Minimum SPM/O-Level and above.
Good to strong mathematical skills.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Patient and comfortable working with children.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, reliable and organised.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn and receive training.
Able to commit to regular weekly teaching slots.
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an advantage but not essential.
RM15–RM18 per hour, depending on qualifications and suitability.
