Think Academy is seeking university students to join our Malaysia hub as part-time online math teachers. Work 2 days a week on site (Tuesdays to Fridays) with additional out-of-office class hours.
You will train in our 7-day program focusing on teaching techniques, public speaking, and classroom management. You will deliver math lessons via our platform, align with curriculum, manage a classroom of up to 20 students, and provide feedback to students and parents.

Allowances:
First Seven Day(Training): RM 60/Day
Total Allowances: RM 2,500 - RM 4,000+
On-Site Allowance: RM120/Day
Teaching Hourly Rate: RM80 - RM 200
Monthly Commission: Teaching x 20%

Take part in our 7-Days Teaching Training Program , a hands-on learning experience covering teaching techniques, public speaking, and classroom management — all designed to help you grow and shine as an educator.
Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.
Deliver effective instruction based on Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students, encouraging interaction and collaborative learning.
Regularly track and evaluate student performance, offering timely and personalized feedback to both students and their parents.
Review and grade assignments, providing additional academic support when necessary.
Take part in other teaching-related tasks, such as administering diagnostic assessments for new students.

English Proficiency: Strong command of English in all areas—reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Candidates must be able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring smooth interaction with students and colleagues.
Chinese Proficiency: Must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese, with clarity and confidence in interacting with students and parents.
Maths Procifiency: Aminimum grade of B (or equivalent)in SPM Mathematics (or similar qualification) is required
Passion for Education: Must have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with children, along with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building meaningful relationships with students and parents.
