Qualifications

• Has a strong interest in Marketing or any related studies.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
• A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven.
• Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency.
• Able to work with a team/independently where needed.
• Willing to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Actively attending roadshow events.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in end-to-end planning, rollout, and monitoring of multi-channel promotional activities and on-the-ground marketing campaigns.
• Event Management & On-Site Activation: Coordinate logistics for product launches, roadshows, and promotional events; provide on-site support.
• Vendor Management & Collateral Production: Liaise with external vendors to organize inventory, merchandise, and sample distributions.
• Content Creation & Creative Asset Development: Write copy for social media and newsletters; coordinate/produce visual content.
• Market Research & Campaign Analytics: Conduct competitor benchmarking and analyze consumer behavior to support strategies.
• Administrative & Cross-Functional Operations: Maintain marketing directories and assist with admin duties.
