Job summary

Engtex Group Berhad is seeking a Junior/Application Executive to bridge business systems and drive end-to-end implementations across the distribution, manufacturing, and inventory modules in Malaysia. You will work with users and IT to analyze processes and translate them into actionable technical requirements.

You will support testing, prepare training materials, and assist in UAT and project coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Statistics or related field.
Experience ranging from fresh graduate to 1–4 years or 5–10 years.
Sound knowledge of ERP, workflow, distribution, manufacturing and inventory modules.
Proactive, open minded and driven to lead discussions and execution of assignments.
Organized, detail oriented and able to relate to people at all levels.
Business processes, systems, and data analysis experience.
Active user (or superuser) in manufacturing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Participate, study, understand and analyse business & operations processes with user group.
Understand application and business processes to identify test planning script & documentation.
Support project management – user acceptance test activities.
Liaison between users, internal IT members and vendor management; involved in UAT.
Prepare E-learning training material, coordinating & conduct training.
Continue to own know-how of business processes and functionalities of systems domain; assist in exploring new technologies.
