Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Statistic, Mathematic, Information Systems, Manufacturing, Business Systems, related discipline.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge required.
• Good data entry and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Internship experience in ERP systems, manufacturing, planning, engineering, or administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related business systems.
• Assist in data maintenance, documentation, user support, testing activities, report preparation, and system administration.
• Perform ERP data maintenance including item master records, BOM, routing, and product configuration data.
• Support data checks, user support, and issue tracking; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Prepare and maintain ERP documentation, SOPs, and user guides; organize records.
