Job summary

Alpha IVF Centre & Alpha Women's Specialists in Malaysia invites applications for Junior Embryologist / Embryologist / Senior Embryologist to join our IVF lab. You will perform semen analysis, sperm preparation, culture of oocytes and embryos, and assist with ICSI and related ART procedures.

Applicants should hold a BSc in Biomedical Sciences or Biotechnology; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint is expected, with good English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Qualifications

BSc in Biomedical Sciences / Biotechnology or equivalent.
At least 1 year related experience or fresh graduates are welcome.
Computer literacy with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Handle semen analysis, sperm preparation, selection and culture of oocytes and embryos, freeze/thaw embryos and carry out ICSI and other ART procedures as required.
Assist in all IVF laboratory operations including maintenance, cleanliness, sterility and stock management of consumables and frozen gametes.
Keep abreast with reproductive technologies and participate in conferences, some sponsored.
Assist in the Donor Programme including donor recruitment and updating blood tests.
Assist in data analysis for ART statistics and quality assurance activities.
