Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Business Development Specialist/Manager to drive growth in the IVF segment. You will identify and engage IVF clinics, hospitals, and lab partners, and own the complete sales cycle from contact to closing.

You will promote reproductive genetics reagents, diagnostic services, equipment, and in-house lab setups, while coordinating with clinical teams to generate local clinical evidence. A strong English capability and local residency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in genetics, molecular biology, medical reproduction, or related field.
• 2+ years BD/Sales/Product/FAS work experience in Reproductive Medicine or Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Familiar with the market of Malaysia or other SEA countries.
• Proficient in English. Multilingual skills a plus.
• Local residency is a must; good communication and proactive attitude.

Business Development Specialist/Manager responsible for identifying and building relationships with IVF clinics, hospitals, and laboratory partners. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, manage key accounts, and position the company as an end-to-end IVF lab solutions provider.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct local market research and mak local business development strategy. Identify and approach IVF clinics, hospitals, and laboratory partners. Build relationships with key stakeholders including IVF specialists, embryologists, and lab managers etc. Manage and develop KOLS.
• Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Promote reproductive genetic testing reagents, reproductive diagnostic services, laboratory equipment, and in-house reproductive lab setup.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations. Coordinate with FAS for product presentations and technical discussions.
• Work closely with clinical and technical teams to support validation studies, pilot projects, and generation of local clinical evidence.

About you

• Bachelor degree or above in genetics, molecular biology, medical reproduction, or related field.
• 2+ years BD/Sales/Product/FAS work experience in the field of Reproductive Medicine or Obstetrics & Gynecology or Gynecology.
• Familiar with the market of Malaysia or other SEA countries.
• Proficient in English. Skilled in more languages will be a plus.
• Local residency is a must. Good communication skills, strong market sensitivity, and proactive work attitude.
