Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Annual Practising Certificate (APC) required.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Medical Consultant in handling patients and clinical duties.
• Provide high-quality patient care and build rapport with patients and families.
• Ensure safety guidelines and SOPs are followed.
• Assist in IVF procedures and perform phlebotomy.
• Manage day-to-day clinic administration and nursing records.
• Support talks, workshops and health events; cover colleagues as needed.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Clinical & Patient Care:

Assist the Medical Consultant in handling patients and performing clinical duties.

Provide utmost patient care and service, building personal rapport with patients and their families.

Ensure safety precautions and guidelines are strictly followed.

Maintain high standards of care per established SOPs.

Specialized IVF Procedures:

Assist in IVF procedures (Great opportunity to upskill!).

Perform phlebotomy (blood drawing) and take patients' medical history.

Clinic Operations & Administration:

Manage the day-to-day administration of the clinic/practice.

Ensure proper documentation of nursing records and data.

Participate in talks, workshops, and health events arranged by the Centre.

Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc duties as required.

Provide cover for colleagues in the same or other departments when necessary.

Requirements:

Qualification: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.

Licensing: Must possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse professionally in Mandarin to support our China patients.

Skills: Proven experience in drawing blood (phlebotomy) and taking medical history.

Attitude: A strong team player with a passion for customer service and patient care.
