Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Digital Designer to support the design team in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work with senior designers on localisation, banners, and digital assets across campaigns, gradually taking on more independent design work.

Role emphasizes multilingual project support, RTL layout considerations, and adherence to brand guidelines while building UI/digital design skills for websites and landing pages.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related creative role.
• Strong foundation in graphic and digital design principles.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital design principles.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with multiple language versions.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and design systems.
• Strong organisation and time-management to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support senior designers in creating and adapting digital assets for fintech campaigns.
• Design banners, social graphics, and marketing materials per brand direction.
• Adapt artwork into different formats and languages while preserving visual consistency.
• Prepare assets for websites, landing pages, social media, and EDMs.
• Assist with UI/digital design tasks for websites and landing pages.
