Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Junior-Mid 3D & Motion Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced fintech creative team in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver 3D visuals, motion graphics, animations, and digital content across social media, digital advertising, and product communications.

You will collaborate with senior designers and marketing to translate briefs into engaging visuals, grow your skills in 3D, motion design, animation, and fintech creative, and adapt assets

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in 3D design, motion graphics, animation, or a related creative field.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating 3D, motion graphics, animation, or video work.
• Good understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, lighting, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into engaging visual content.
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and creative workflows.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative, curious, hands-on, and eager to develop professionally.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• A portfolio/showreel showcasing 3D and motion design work is required.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D visuals, animations, and motion graphics based on creative briefs and established visual direction.
• Produce motion content for social media, digital advertising, campaign videos, promotional materials, and other digital channels.
• Create and animate 3D assets, typography, transitions, visual effects, and other motion elements.
• Assist with visual effects, compositing, simulations, and other animation elements.
• Adapt existing creative assets into different formats, sizes, and placements for various digital platforms.
• Ensure final work meets required quality, technical, and brand standards.
• Support the development of creative concepts and visual directions.
• Assist with storyboards, motion treatments, and visual planning.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging and visually compelling content.
• Stay updated on current 3D, motion design, animation, and digital creative trends.
• Work closely with senior designers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to deliver creative projects.
• Take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Follow established creative direction, brand guidelines, and production workflows.
• Prepare and optimise final assets for different platforms, formats, and placements.
• Work collaboratively with the wider creative team to ensure consistency across campaign assets.
