Hytech is a leading management consulting firm with a regional footprint; we seek a Senior Digital Designer to join our creative team in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will develop high-quality digital experiences and visual assets across fintech campaigns, aligning with marketing and product goals.

The role blends strong visual and graphic design with digital and UI design, covering landing pages, websites, digital campaigns, social content, and banners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital design or related creative roles.
• Strong portfolio in digital, web/UI, and visual design.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Good understanding of UI/UX and responsive digital design.
• Experience designing websites, landing pages, or digital experiences.
• Ability to translate briefs and business requirements into visual solutions.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual concepts and creative solutions for fintech and financial campaigns.
• Create digital assets such as landing pages, banners, social content and EDMs.
• Develop campaign visuals that work across multiple platforms and markets.
• Translate briefs and business objectives into strong visual solutions.
• Maintain a premium, modern visual standard across digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content and design teams to deliver digital projects.
• Design UI for websites and landing pages with responsive principles.
