Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the Brand & Creative team in producing high‑quality, brand‑aligned assets for campaigns and internal comms. You will help adapt visuals for digital and print needs, ensuring consistency and speed in execution.

Work closely with cross‑functional partners, leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, and uphold brand integrity across channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva or Figma.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Experience producing digital and print-ready assets.
• Willingness to use AI design tools to boost productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and time management in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Creative Asset Development: design digital banners, social visuals, emails, presentations, posters and event backdrops.
• Campaign Asset Adaptation: tailor master creatives for different platforms while preserving layout.
• Brand Compliance & Quality Control: enforce brand guidelines and perform pre-submission checks.
• AI-Assisted Creative Production: leverage AI tools to generate variations and explore layouts.
• Asset Management & Documentation: organize files with clear naming and version control.
