Job summary

J1 Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. seeks a versatile Creative Multimedia Executive to manage visual content from concept to delivery.

The role covers photography, videography, video editing, graphic design and AI-assisted content creation for campaigns, events and brand initiatives. You will plan and produce photo/video content, edit for multiple platforms, design assets, and leverage AI tools to enhance output while coordinating with Marketing and Events teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media or a related field.
Strong skills in photography, videography, video editing and graphic design, supported by a relevant portfolio.
Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, CapCut or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with AI creative tools for image generation, video creation, editing, content ideation and design enhancement. Experience with ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI or similar tools is an advantage.
Ability to write effective AI prompts and apply AI tools practically to improve creative output and productivity.

Responsibilities

Plan, produce and deliver photo and video content for campaigns, events, tenants, products, social media and other marketing activities.
Handle on-site content production, including event photography, videography, setup and real-time social media coverage.
Edit photos and videos for digital platforms, including short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, event highlights, promotional videos and basic motion graphics.
Design creative assets such as social media posts, posters, banners, advertisements, signage and other digital, print and on-site collateral.
Apply photo retouching, image manipulation, colour correction and basic audio editing as needed.
Use AI-assisted tools to support concept development, image and video creation, editing, visual enhancement, copy ideation and content adaptation; stay informed about relevant creative technologies.
Develop creative concepts and visual directions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to understand campaign requirements and translate ideas into effective visual content.
Organise and maintain creative files, photographs, videos and design assets for efficient future use.
Coordinate printing production by preparing materials and liaising with printers and other production vendors.
