Job summary

ELITE BEAUTY ASIA (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD is seeking a Creative Designer who works AI-first to produce campaign visuals, e-commerce assets and packaging with daily use of generative AI tools.

You'll generate lifestyle scenes, multiple variants and multi-language content for major platforms while building AI templates and testing new tools. The role requires 3–6 years of design experience, strong AI tool proficiency, and a portfolio showing AI-driven commercial work with attention to packaging detail

Qualifications

• 3–6 years design experience.
• Strong, hands-on generative AI skills; portfolio with AI-created commercial work.
• Experience with listed AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Flux, Runway, Kling, Veo or CapCut AI).
• Ability to keep real products accurate in AI-generated images (packaging, labels, colours).
• Solid design basics: layout, typography, colour; retouching in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
• Experience preparing print-ready packaging artwork (dielines, colour separation, print specs).
• Awareness of AI limitations: usage rights, product claims, platform rules.
• Curious, fast-learning; up-to-date with new AI tools.
• Experience training custom AI models or style references for a brand.
• Experience with AI automation tools or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create campaign visuals, e-commerce banners, product packaging concepts and artwork using AI as the main workflow.
• Generate lifestyle scenes and product settings with AI, ensuring packaging accuracy.
• Produce high-volume creative variants for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and social ads in multiple sizes/languages.
• Create short-form video and motion content using AI tools.
• Build prompt libraries, style references and templates for consistent brand output.
• Test new AI tools and recommend fits for the work.
• Share tips and workflows with teammates.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce and TikTok teams on briefs and testing.
