Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Customer Brand Intern to assist the Brand & Marketing team with campaign execution, asset management, and coordination with internal teams and agencies. You will gain hands-on exposure to brand management, content development, and marketing operations within a leading insurance services organisation.

The role offers comprehensive learning across brand strategy, campaign planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in multiple languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & Xiaohongshu)
• Detail oriented with good organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Basic design skills and experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; Canva is a plus
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Support execution of brand and marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and on ground touches.
• Assist in rolling out campaigns according to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Help track campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
• Support sustenance and always on brand initiatives as required.
• Assist in coordinating and managing marketing assets across platforms.
• Support basic content adaptation for various channels (e.g. resizing, caption tweaks).
• Help organise and maintain shared folders, version control, and asset trackers.
• Proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand tone.
• Support day-to-day coordination with creative, media, and production agencies.
• Assist in consolidating feedback and ensuring timely updates to agencies.
• Help track artwork submissions, revisions, and final deliveries.
• Support administrative tasks related to agency engagement.
