Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Listen and understand customer requirements clearly.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients.
• Actively prospecting and identifying new potential clients within your assigned territory.
• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and product knowledge.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals to secure new business.
• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in other administrative work when required.
