Job summary

RHB Bank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Junior Relationship Manager for Malaysia's Large Corporate segment to support the development and growth of relationships with leading corporate clients, while learning from senior managers to deliver tailored financial solutions.

You will assist in credit analysis, prepare proposals and documentation, conduct market research, and help cross-sell Corporate Finance, Trade Finance, Cash Management and Treasury products; you will collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of corporate banking/relationship management support experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of relationships with large corporate clients.
• Assist in preparing credit proposals, financial analyses and documentation.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support cross-selling of Corporate Banking solutions (Corporate Finance, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury).
• Monitor client portfolios and assist in credit risk management.
• Collaborate with product, credit, legal and other stakeholder teams to deliver client solutions.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on client activities, pipelines and portfolio performance.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations with senior Relationship Managers.
