Job summary

Malaysian Bar invites expressions of interest for a dedicated lawyer to join our conveyancing team in Malaysia. You will handle sub-sale, developer projects, loan documentation and related advisory work, with opportunities to assist in simple litigation as needed.

We seek candidates with at least 1 year of conveyancing experience, strong knowledge of procedures, and the ability to start immediately. Join a dynamic practice and contribute to high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a practising lawyer in conveyancing matters, with strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
• Able to start immediately is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle conveyancing matters including sub-sale, developer projects, and loan documentation.
• Assist in LHDN, stamping, land office submissions and registration of documents.
• Liaise with clients, developers, bankers and related bodies.
• Handle simple litigation matters and provide litigation support as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

The successful candidate will primarily handle conveyancing matters, including sub-sale, developer projects, loan documentation, and related advisory work. In addition, the candidate will be required to handle simple litigation matters and/or provide assistance on litigation files as and when necessary.
