Job summary

M&M PROJECT BUILDER SDN BHD is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities in Malaysia. The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and proven ability to manage operations, plan projects, and coordinate resources.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, along with strong Excel and Office skills, is essential. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency is required to lead and motivate the site team and ensure quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to supervise construction sites and manage daily operations.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lead and motivate a site team to achieve project objectives.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of construction tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, quality deviations, and safety hazards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in the development and execution of project schedules, monitoring progress, and reporting any delays or deviations to the project manager.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress logs, and material inventories, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Support the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure that all construction work meets the required standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical challenges and site-specific problems effectively.
