Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Handles guest and associate enquiries courteously and reports issues if no immediate solution can be found.
• Prepares menu items in strict accordance with set recipes and maintains Hyatt hygiene standards.
• Washes, cuts, and prepares vegetables, meats, and seafood as required.
• Assists in quality control and sets up buffet presentations.
