Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply) to support BMU system design and project documentation. The role involves drafting proposal drawings for tender submissions, shop drawings, and coordination drawings, including layout, elevation, section, and detail drawings.

You will prepare fabrication and construction drawings, as-built drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate welcomed to apply; foundation in civil engineering fundamentals.
Experience with BMU systems is a plus but not required.
Ability to prepare and review technical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare proposal drawings for tender submissions.
Prepare and submit shop drawings & coordination drawings of BMU systems, including layout, elevation, section, & detail drawings.
Prepare fabrication drawings & construction drawings of BMU systems.
Prepare and submit as-built drawings.
Ensure BMU design complies with project specifications.
Prepare sample boards, material submission docs, transmittal forms, and related documents.
Prepare method statements, QA/QC plans, inspection test plans, and related documents.
Prepare operation & maintenance manuals for client records.
Submit PE calculations to justify engineering design.
Coordinate with Main Contractor and Supplier on BIM and project schedule.
