Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Junior M&E Designer to support the engineering team in preparing M&E drawings, BIM models and technical documentation for building services projects in Malaysia. This role suits fresh graduates or juniors who want to grow in HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical design and BIM modelling, with hands-on drafting using AutoCAD and Revit.

You will work closely with engineers and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy, follow drafting standards and develop

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, M&E Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1-2 years of AutoCAD/Revit drafting experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare and update M&E drawings using AutoCAD and Revit based on engineering requirements.
Support the preparation of HVAC and mechanical services drawings, including pipe routing.
M&E coordination drawings.
Assist engineers in developing BIM models and 3D M&E layouts.
Revise drawings according to consultant/client comments and site requirements.
Assist in clash coordination between M&E services and other building systems.
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and technical documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, project teams and site personnel to ensure drawing accuracy.
Maintain proper drawing records and follow company drafting standards.
