Zusammenfassung

Experian in Malaysia seeks a Procurement Operations Associate to support the Global Procurement Hub. The role covers day-to-day buying activities, supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders and contract administration across multiple regions.

You will engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers, maintain data and reports, and contribute to governance and continuous improvement through policy adherence and process automation. Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supplier management or business operations support.
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders or contract administration.

This role report to Procurement Operations Manager and supports the Global Procurement Hub, which provides buying support to teams across Brazil, Spanish Latin America, North America, the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. You will combine procurement administration, reporting, process improvement and operational buying support. It helps regional teams manage supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and contract administration consistently and efficiently. As an entry point into procurement, the role includes coaching and training while building capability in stakeholder engagement, supplier interaction and the procurement of goods and services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• You will support global procurement operations by managing day-to-day buying activities, procurement requests and enquiries from teams across multiple regions.
• Coordinate the sourcing and purchase of goods and services, including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and contract administration, in accordance with established procurement procedures.
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers by providing operational support, responding to enquiries and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Maintain procurement data, workflow trackers and reports to ensure information is accurate, complete and aligned with service-level expectations.
• Support procurement governance and continuous improvement by following relevant policies, delegated authority requirements and internal controls, while contributing to process standardisation, system enhancements and automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supplier management or a business operations support role.
• Familiarity with operational buying activities, such as supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing events or contract administration.
• Experience using an ERP, procurement or business system, such as Oracle, GEP, SAP or a similar platform, together with the ability to maintain trackers and reports, review information accurately and identify discrepancies.
