Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive graduate to assist in identifying potential customers, markets, and business opportunities. You will support sales proposals, presentations, and quotations while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will conduct market research, participate in marketing campaigns, coordinate meetings, and help ensure timely delivery of products and services. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential customers, markets, and business opportunities.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business documents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up with clients, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business events.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market developments.
• Update and maintain the customer database (CRM) and related documentation.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
