Job summary

Venusys Medical Sdn Bhd is expanding its team in Malaysia. The role involves delivering product demonstrations and training to customers across hospitals and clinics, and addressing application issues with confidence and independence.

The successful candidate will plan and run product seminars, develop customer accounts, and regularly visit clients while collecting market feedback to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's/Postgraduate in Biology, Hospitality, Nursing or Medical Science or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Nursing background or biomedical/medical science background is advantageous.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported on applications.
• Plan and conduct courses/seminars/workshops on products for customers.
• Serve and develop existing and potential customer accounts.
• Plan regular visits to customers and collect market feedback for strategy.

Responsibilities:

To provide application support and training for internal and external customers (e.g Product demonstration).

To troubleshooting and solve the issues reported on application.

To plan, organize and conduct courses/seminar/workshop/ on products for customers.

To serve, develop and maintain existing customer accounts and potential customers.

Plan and make regular visits to existing and prospective customers.

To collect market information and feedback to company for strategy development and implementation.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be required from superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Biology, Hospitality, Nursing, Medical Science or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Advantage (s): Nursing background, genecology, biomedical, medical science

Training will be provided.

Required skill(s): Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate well in English, aggressive & resourceful, self -driven, result orientated and able to work independently.

Highly adaptable and independent.

Possess own transport and willing to travel; Allowance is given accordingly.

Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate, as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
