Job summary

Merces Corporate Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Accounts Executive based in Melaka to join its dynamic team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to leverage accounting and administrative skills within a leading corporate services provider.

The role involves handling full sets of accounts, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting, with focus on accurate records and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Autocount software.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting roles (corporate/professional services is an advantage).
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records (hardcopy & softcopy) and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
• Assist in statutory reporting, tax filings, and ad-hoc admin assignments.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate financial information.
• Provide administrative and accounting support including filing, data entry, correspondence, and office tasks.
• Support day-to-day operations and departmental projects while maintaining confidentiality.
