Job summary

PEMBINAAN TAJRI SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting and finance activities and ensure accurate financial records in Malaysia. The role involves handling AP/AR, data entry, invoicing, reconciliations, and assisting with monthly reports.

Candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in accounting, strong Excel skills, and be able to work independently while meeting deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and knowledge of AutoCount is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting System is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions including AP and AR.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, payments, receipts and other documents.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor company transactions.
• Assist in monthly financial reports and management accounts.
