Job summary

Mampuai is seeking an Accounts Executive to support financial operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the finance team and management to maintain accurate records and timely reporting.

The role involves data entry, GL maintenance, reconciliations, invoicing, and assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Fresh graduates are welcome, with basic Excel and accounting software knowledge forming a strong

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 0–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in accounting are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
• Support tax, audit, and compliance requirements.
