Job summary

Count On Me invites a self-driven individual to join our team and assist our CFOs in managing client portfolios. You will be exposed to diverse tasks, including accounting data entry, payroll assistance, corporate secretary activities, GST reporting, and year-end deliverables.

You will work under Accountants, develop a strong understanding of client business models, and contribute to internal commercial matters while supporting fast-paced, international client work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries, ledgers).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing the full set of accounts by keying in transactions in the accounting system, updating balance sheet reconciliations, prepare analysis and reports.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation from data review to reports generation.
• Assist with company secretary activities for assigned client portfolio including KYC/AML admin tasks.
• Assist with GST quarterly reports for Accountant's review.
• Assist with Year End tasks such as Unaudited Financial Reports and XBRL files.
• Handle ad-hoc requests within the agreed scope.
