Responsibilities

• Processing and recording daily financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Maintaining accurate and organized accounting records and ledgers in accordance with company policies
• Reconciling bank statements and cash accounts on a regular basis
• Preparing and processing payroll documentation and related payroll records
• Supporting the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Assisting with general ledger entries and journal transactions
• Liaising with departmental heads regarding financial queries and documentation
• Filing and organizing financial documents in a systematic manner
• Supporting compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures
