Job summary

Elite Transform Team in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support the accounting and bookkeeping operations of the business, helping clients maintain accurate financial records and drive growth.

You will prepare invoices, reconcile bank statements, assist with financial reports, and liaise with clients with a proactive, service‑oriented approach while collaborating with the wider team to ensure timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualifications, such as a degree in Accounting or a professional accounting certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar account executive or bookkeeping role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
