Job summary

Xircle Talent is seeking an ELV Design Manager to lead end-to-end ELV, Security and BMS delivery for data center projects in Asia-Pacific. You will plan, implement and supervise design, testing, and handover while coordinating with contractors and vendors to meet quality and schedule targets.

The role requires hands-on experience with ELV, Security and BMS technologies, strong communication in English, and the ability to drive standardization across projects. Location: Johor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Information, Electrical, Automation, or related field (alternative backgrounds considered with BMS experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ELV and Security or BMS system implementation.
• Familiarity with ELV, Security, or BMS industry standards and technologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, initiative and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement ELV, Security, and BMS systems for data centers.
• Manage full project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Set design, tendering, and delivery standards for ELV/BMS systems.
• Oversee vendor deliverables, documentation, and QA.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor emerging ELV and BMS technologies for project use.
• Develop technical roadmaps integrating Electrical and HVAC elements (optional).
• Explore intelligent data center operations and automated monitoring (optional).
