Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java for API development or integration
• Experience with REST API design, building, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of integration patterns for middleware or platform integration
• Strong problem-solving to diagnose API failures and connectivity issues
• Clear communication across teams for requirements, handoffs, and incident actions
• Production support mindset for KTLO-style environments
• Nice to have MuleSoft or Boomi exposure
• Experience with API management platforms
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot

Responsibilities

• Develop Java-based API and integration components in enterprise environments
• Build and maintain REST integrations across internal systems, platforms and third-party applications
• Troubleshoot integration flows and resolve production incidents with clear root cause analysis
• Collaborate with product, engineering and managed services teams to align requirements and dependencies
• Document integration designs, operational procedures and support runbooks
• Improve reliability through monitoring, defect prevention and continuous improvement
• Contribute to agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban practices
• Participate in shift-based support coverage as needed to meet operational requirements
