Job summary

DXC Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Japanese-speaking Modern Device Management L2 Engineer to support enterprise end-user computing and modern workplace services for Japan-based users.

The role requires Level 2 technical support across SCCM, Microsoft Intune, VDI, software distribution, and packaging, with strong communication in Japanese and English. Work is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, from office locations with ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• JLPT N2 or above is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in endpoint management, desktop support, or IT infrastructure support.
• Working knowledge of SCCM/Configuration Manager, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, ITSM/ticketing systems, and PowerShell is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Windows endpoints and device management environments.
• Troubleshoot and manage Microsoft Intune, SCCM/Configuration Manager, and VDI environments.
• Support software deployment, application packaging, patch management, and endpoint compliance.
• Handle user requests, incidents, and service tickets per ITIL processes and SLAs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve complex issues.
• Communicate with Japanese users and stakeholders via email, chat, ticketing systems, and meetings.
