You will answer questions about features, specifications and repairs, evaluate complex installations, and coordinate with teammates to ensure SLA commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree is required.
• 0-2 years’ experience in relevant technologies and customer environments.
• Relevant industry qualification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming contacts and proactive notification systems.
• Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on features, specifications, and repairs.
• Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
• Evaluate unique or complex installations or configurations and make recommendations for resolution.
• Articulate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Engages team members for support as required to meet SLA demands.
