Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong English communication (B2) and Japanese proficiency; good teamwork.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis.
• Experience in managing stakeholders and direct customer interaction is required.
• Capable of quickly understanding issues and driving solutions.
• Experience in operating SAP/ similar MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and oversee full supply chain activities from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate demand and supply, backlog, rebates, inventory, and daily logistics issues.
• Serve as main contact for global accounts, collaborating with supply, logistics, finance and operations.
• Improve short-term forecast accuracy by analyzing sales data and production plans.
• Align customer and internal teams with business goals to drive growth.
• Manage revenue, rebates forecasting, payments, credits, and audit compliance.
