Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking candidates to support account business operations with responsibilities across the full supply chain including planning, demand and supply, and daily logistics issues. You will be the main contact for global accounts, coordinating with teams across supply, logistics, finance and operations to ensure smooth order delivery.

The role emphasizes improving forecast accuracy, stakeholder management, and revenue-related tasks, including rebates and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Economics or Supply Chain.
Minimum 2 years related experience is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze complex data.
Experience in managing stakeholders and interacting with customers.
Experienced in operating SAP / MRP systems.

Responsibilities

Manage key customer accounts and oversee full supply chain: planning, demand, supply, inventory, and logistics.
Serve as main contact for global accounts with cross-functional teams across supply, logistics, finance and operations.
Improve short-term demand forecast accuracy by analyzing sales data and market trends.
Align customers and internal teams with business goals to drive growth.
Oversee revenue management including rebates, payments, credits and audit compliance.
