Job summary

You will work a 5-day shift with day onsite and night remote work under a hybrid model, and you must have legal work authorization in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese proficiency for complex written interactions in finance/crypto products.
• Strong English writing and speaking abilities.
• 2-4 years in customer service or live-chat roles with frontline training.
• Experience in fintech/trading/crypto is a plus.
• Educational background in finance, economics, mathematics, business or STEM preferred.
• Numerical acumen with data and statistics.
• Desire for a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms.
• Team player with self-driven attitude.
• Willingness to work 5 days with weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via live chat or email in Japanese and English.
